ENTERPRISE HR MANAGEMENT ON INNOVATIVE PRINCIPLES

Анотація

The article noted the importance of management process under modern conditions, it also discussed innovative components of the human resources management system. It is noted that the main components of the human resources management system – while taking into account the innovative approaches – are: the hiring process; the development of the personnel’s qualifications and psychology; individual goals; staff evaluation; and staff motivation. The innovative approaches to the "personnel development" are case studies, couching, e-learning, and others. Innovative approaches to the other components of the HR management implementation are also discussed.

The use of modern methods of assessment are presented based on the data collected at one of the farms in Ukraine. The results of the assessment and examples of incentives used in the evaluation of the enterprise under consideration are given.
